WE NEED YOUR HELP at the Village Store on River Road to raise funding for our workshops. Every hour you volunteer AFTH receives approximately $10. You and your friends can volunteer on a weekly or monthly bases or just show up when it fits your schedule. Not long-term commitment needed. It is a fun way to directly support AFTH. Let the Village Store know you are there on behalf of AFTH and show your support for the youth in our community.

Volunteer to help organize, promote, or work one of our annual events

If you are a professional artist, musician or performing artist and/or instructor and would like to teach a workshop please contact us. Artists receive a small honorarium for their time and are also reimbursed for approved art material expenses.

AFTH parents are asked to volunteer as an assistant in our workshops at least one time during the semester. Our workshops have a small student/adult ratio to ensure that every child receives the attention he/she deserves. This can be a rewarding experience for parents. It is not necessary to have any art experience to be an assistant. Our teaching artists provide the art instruction.
